Tangent is an RSS feed reader that allows you to browse articles from websites and blogs you choose. The App provides features including feed browsing, blends (curated collections of feeds), read-later functionality, and theme customization.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may be used without creating an account. Creating an account enables syncing your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

Tangent aggregates content from third-party RSS feeds. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content accessed through the App. The content remains the property of its respective owners.

The App, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of Tangent and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tangent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
